The team helping in Mexico in the cities of Piedras Negras and Cuidad Acuña. The team works in collaboration with Missionaries Brian and Melanie Smith who are in charge of the Mexico mission.

MINISTRIES IN MEXICO
Who – We support local churches and ministries in Cuidad Acuna across the Border of Del Rio, Texas. Christian Ministries provide financial support along with clothing and educational supplies. Christian Ministries also sponsors an annual toy drive to provide stuffed toys during Christmas to the children in their organization. We believe every child should receive at least one gift during the holidays. These children come from very poor families who may never have a gift unless Christian Ministries provides them a special gift with a scripture quote.
Experience- We have been providing these services in Mexico since 2015.
Why in Mexico?
Cuidad Acuna is a rural city across the border of Del Rio. Acuna like many border towns in Mexico is flooded with immigrants and their children. This city already has a very poor economy and recent immigrants from other countries have found themselves in border towns and settled because they are deported back once to their homeland or the immigrants run out of resources to cross the border into the USA. These immigrants turn to local churches and ministries for assistance. Christian Ministries has partnered with a local church that has over 100 attendees weekly. We provide much-needed support
monthly and annually with a toy drive.
